for the purpose of locating an individual for purpose of legal
matters. Private parties must have their attorney submit their
search request.
We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
All information sent in this form
will be used confidentially and only for the purposes of locating your party.
Our $135 Guaranteed Locate search is guaranteed accurate for a period of
thirty days from the final report date. If we can not find a current address
the fee is only $50.00. We access various private and public record databases
and verify your subjects current address. Turnaround times vary from one to
four weeks.
Our $25 Basic Locate searches various databases to locate a current address.
However, no attempts to verify the address are made and is consider only a cursory search.
When you send us your court papers and the process server finds that the service
address you provided is incorrect we will conduct this search at no cost.
There is an additional process service fee for serving court papers at
any new address found. We will not proceed with service of process without
your authorization.
Terms are net 15 days. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
