Our goal at Express Process Service, Inc. since 1982 is to continually exceed our clients expectations by providing superior customer service. By utilizing state of the art computer systems we provide our clients with prompt service status via automated secure web site and e-mail systems. A staff of customer support personnel is available every business day to assist our clients and agents.

However, our success depends largely on the high integrity, professionalism and promptness of our process servers and field agents. Our agents range from the person with many years of experience to the person who has conducted serves sporadically. In any case, all of our servers are educated in the fact that they are dealing with time sensitive legal documents requiring prompt attention to the service details and the rules of service.

The serving of process is not just a matter of delivering court papers to someone. There are numerous State and Federal rules that one must follow for serving the documents and for completing an affidavit of service. We provide our servers with a dedicated research and support staff to stay abreast of these various legal rules, locate addresses, print maps, and provide 1-800 telephone and fax lines. We invest heavily in marketing our services so that you have a continuous flow of assignments as desired. Additionally, we prepare all proofs of service compliant with the rules of original jurisdiction for your signature.

We require three levels of service: Same Day Service, Rush Service (1st attempt within 48 hours) and Routine Service (1st attempt in 3-5 days) and up to four attempts to include early morning and late evening and contact with at least one neighbor if needed.

The ideal agent will have an intimate knowledge of their service area and have the ability, creativity, and commitment to keep trying where others would normally give up; someone who is attentive to details and isn't satisfied until the job is complete in a professional manner.

Our servers are required to have a plain paper fax machine and should be available via a land line telephone and a cell phone or pager. We provide our clients with a flat rate service and thus we normally can not utilize servers who charge hourly or mileage fees. You can expect from us prompt payment and first class support available by a toll-free phone call.
